Located at the South side of Dolores Park, this house is one of two on a typical San Francisco lot. This little rear house was renovated from a two-bedroom single floor cottage on a steep sloping site into a three-bedroom, two and a half bath home over two levels with a loft. The private bedrooms on the lower level were enhanced by a below ground garden patio at the rear and the loft at the top was opened to the sky with skylights. The loft has a framed view of the city and is a small quiet oasis in this very urban setting.
